STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE PARC SALUT MAR BARCELONA CONSORTIUM 2021-2030. METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT
Incorporation in the Strategic Plan driving group formed by memeber of the Board of directors and design of the methodology for the various phases of the Strategic Plan. Organization, facilitation and management of participatory workshops. Interviews with members of the Consortium’s Governing Council.
ORGANISATIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT AURUM FOUNDATION (Mozambique ) AND INNOVATIONS IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (Philippines) THE STOP TB PARTNERSHIP, Geneva
These institutions were selected for an organizational development process using the OCA (Organizational Capacity Assessment) tool developed with federal funding (US), which analyzes all aspects of organizational functioning. In addition to deepening the knowledge and development of the tool, the project consisted of working with two heath services provider organizations: Innovations in Community Health in Manila, Philippines and Aurum Foundation in Maputo, Mozambique.
EVALUATION OF GLOBAL FUND INVESTMENTS IN BULGARIA, ALBANIA, PANAMA, PERU, EL SALVADOR, HONDURAS AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. APMG HEALTH (Washington,DC)
Diagnosis of the organizational situation and assesment of the impact of new processes implemented thanks to funding from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Two- to-three-week missions to each of these countries to assess the main recipients of the funds, usually hospital institutions, and the impact that the investment had had on the results. The project involved the organization of meetings with the most important actors, including beneficiaries (patients) and direct observation of care work.

Strategic reflection and diagnosis of the organizational situation and clinical processes susceptible to improvement in a hospital network with centres in Spain, Italy and Latin America.
REDESIGN OF PROCESSES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Use of lean management techniques to improve clinical processes in the emergency department, outpatient clinics, clinical governance system and hospital information systems. Collaboration with QRINTL, USA.
ISO9001 QUALITY CERTIFICATION SUPPORT FOR ASSISTED REPRODUCTION CLINIC
Diagraming and documenting the map of assistance and non-assistence processes, diagnosis of areas for improvement, redesign of the process map, adjustment of the company’s organizational structure, implementation of the new process map, support and change management, internal communication, internal training, internal audit, support in the external audit and obtaining the ISO9001 Certification.
NEW MEDICAL ONCOLOGY SERVICE FOR A PRIVATE CLINIC
Design of a medical oncology service in a private clinic. Analysis of the market opportunity, feasibility study, design of care and non-care processes including R+D+i processes, design of the organizational structure, negotiation of conditions and contracting, support in the start-up.
